No refill queue. We bring the full LP gas cylinder to your door, checked and sealed, and take the empty with us. Delivery only for now.
How it works

Exchange keeps the cylinder in circulation and keeps you supplied. The empty goes back into the pool; the full goes home with you.

Check
We inspect the full.
Valve, test date, body, weight, seal and leak test. If it fails a check, it doesn't leave.

Swap
Empty out, full in.
The driver takes the empty and hands over the full, with a delivery note and receipt.

Done
Back to the good stuff.
Your empty is inspected and returned to circulation. You get on with the braai or service.

How the deposit works: the deposit is refundable when the cylinder is returned in test, undamaged and of the same size. If you keep exchanging, the deposit stays with the cylinder.

What we check
on every cylinder.
The exchange is only as good as the cylinder you get back. Every full cylinder passes a six-point check.
- Test date and collar stamp
- Valve condition and thread
- Body dents, rust and weld seams
- Fill weight against the stamped tare
- Leak test at the valve and connection
- Fresh tamper seal and delivery note

If it fails a check,

We would rather lose a sale than put a doubtful cylinder on your property. Every cylinder is a pressure vessel; every check exists for a reason.

Exchange questions
The short answers.
Do I need to clean the empty cylinder?
No. Make sure it is the same size and gas type, the valve is closed and it has not been damaged. Our driver takes it with them and our team inspects it back at the base.
Can I exchange a different brand of cylinder?
Usually yes, provided it is a standard South African LPG cylinder in test with a compatible valve. Send us a photo on WhatsApp before you order and we will confirm.
What if my cylinder is out of test?
We cannot exchange an out-of-test cylinder. We can arrange testing or safe disposal, and supply a replacement on deposit. Do not use a cylinder past its test date.
How quickly do I get the deposit back?
Once the cylinder is returned and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days to the original payment method.
