What we do
One cylinder out.

LP gas is simple when the basics are right: the cylinder is in test, the valve is sound, the weight is correct and the connection does not leak. Most of our work is making sure those things happen before the cylinder leaves our base.
We keep it local. Orders are confirmed by a person, delivery is planned around the route, and if something goes wrong you can speak to someone who can actually fix it.

What we stand on

These are the reasons a cylinder gets rejected, a delivery gets re-routed and a customer gets a phone call.

Safety before speed.
Every cylinder is tested, weighed and sealed. If it fails, it does not go on the van — even if it means a late delivery and an awkward phone call.

Say what we'll do.
If we can deliver today, we say so. If we can't, we say that too. A realistic window beats an optimistic promise.

Know the neighbourhood.
We are not a national call centre. We know the back entrance, the gate code and the one-way street that saves twenty minutes.

We check the cylinder.
Valve, body, test date, weight, leak test and a fresh seal before dispatch.

Swap
Full in, empty out.
The driver hands over the full cylinder and takes the empty with them.

We like this city. We like that you can drive from the CBD to a farm stall in twenty minutes, and that a 9 kg cylinder is still the social glue of a weekend.
We deliver across Tshwane, but Pretoria West is home. We don't have a walk-in counter yet — if you're on the route, we'll bring the exchange to your door and check the connection when we're there.
